Watch shops go liveSee products in real time and grab them as they drop. Tap the pinned product to reserve it.
Reserve with a small feeA small reservation fee goes to Liveli to hold your items, always shown in rupees before you pay. The goods you pay to the seller directly. If the seller cancels, the fee comes back as credits — never expire, cashable.
Your live bag has a clockEverything you reserve in a live goes in one bag. You have 30 minutes to pay the fee, or the items go back to the shop.
Getting your orderCollect — pick it up and pay the shop at the counter. Seller delivers — you and the seller arrange it between you. Deliveri courier — a courier brings it; you pay by MauCAS QR at the door. Tap “Order received” when it’s in your hands.
Expired bags countLet three bags expire in 30 days and live buying pauses for 7 days. You can still order from any shop as usual. Your profile shows where you stand.
Rate what you boughtOnce you confirm receipt, rate each item — photos welcome. Sellers earn their reputation from it.

Get paid directlyCollect — the buyer pays you at the counter: cash, Juice or MauCAS. You deliver — the buyer pays you directly. Deliveri courier — unlocked once digital payments are approved for your shop; switch it on in Account → Delivery settings (Delivery Plus). From then on it starts the moment you tap Packed on a Delivery Plus order: Liveli dispatches a courier, you’re told when one accepts, and they scan your handover code to collect. The buyer pays by MauCAS QR at their door; the courier’s screen confirms it before the parcel is handed over. Liveli never holds your money — only the reservation fee goes through Liveli.

Order & refund policy
Reserve now. You pay only the reservation online: it secures your order and sends it to the shop. With a Deliveri courier, the courier fee is paid with it. You pay the seller directly for the goods, and for any delivery the seller does: at the counter when you collect, or before the seller’s delivery is sent.
Handover. Show your handover QR or code to the courier / shop. Once they confirm, a payment QR appears on your screen. Your order is complete only after payment is confirmed.
Cancellations. You can cancel before handover at no cost. If you don’t pay the seller, the order is not fulfilled.
Refunds. Because payment goes directly to the shop, refunds are handled directly with the shop for any issue with the goods. Reach out through the order chat and the shop will assist.
Collect in person. Once you’ve inspected and collected your order, change-of-mind returns aren’t offered. Your statutory rights on defective goods remain with the seller.
Your details. Your delivery address and phone are shared with the shop only to fulfil your order.
